We've been at Melton Mowbray this weekend - it's now Sunday evening, and as I type this entry to the blog, our fresh baked bread is baking in the oven for our chicken sandwiches - supper tonight!
Sterling effort on the part of Wendy, organiser of White Light Events - and we really would like to be at Alton Towers next weekend, but we've spent too much time away from the market, so sadly we will not be able to attend as we will be manning the stall at 111 Victoria Market. There were lots of fantastic exhibitors, with a wide range of products, crystals, wands, salt lamps, Nina and Jerry 'Divine Lights' with their unique Aura camera and healing; Magic Thread of course; readers offering different types of readings - spiritual, tarot, numerology etc; and of course it was brilliant to be next to our great friend Darren Stanton and his mother Trish. Good to see Trish is on great form after the most difficult time for her recently, she is a tremendous lady.

You've heard us many times say that we enter these events with an open mind, forget what you hear about the ins and outs of footfall and numbers through the door, Wendy truly organised a great event. And this isn't market trader's talk - the weather was against us all! Who on earth would take the chance to not take advantage of the glorious weather this weekend - spending time in their gardens?
A note from Lizian to all of the people who came to see Lizian 'Thank you for the continued support for Ian's talks, and I've already had positive feedback in the form of emails from people who attended those talks this weekend. So for us it was a winner all the way. Thank you for your continued support of Lizian. We'll both be glad to be at the market next Saturday. Good to see Linda and Phil, Noreen and Dave - who we have both not seen for quite some time.
Time for a glass of beer and a chicken sandwich now, as we prepare for a week at the market...
see you soon...
