Last weekend saw Lizian attend a very different venue - Gorton Monastery, Near Manchester - fabulous building - great venue - steeped in atmosphere ... a great choice of event venue by Angie, from BSSK - and my goodness Angie had put all the work in behind the scenes, administration, advertising etc to make this THE Mind Body and Spirit Event of the year!! What can we say? other than Thank you Angie and your team, and well done! and a BIG BIG Thank you to all who came to the Monastery over the weekend of 17 and 18 October - without you there would be no event! our first event in the North West, and we enjoyed tremendously meeting lots of new people, and bringing the 'Lizian' goods to Gorton for you to enjoy! Looking forward to the return visits next year... here's a couple of snaps I took on the Friday when we were setting up - on the Saturday and Sunday the place was full of stalls and stands - there really was something for everybody! Ian's talk was well attended (full house) and welll received, and will be available on CD later this week, along with a host of his previous talks - I will amend the 'CDs available from Lizian' tag to reflect the new titles available from Lizian - all at the same price of £2 each... you can purchase via our online store at www.lizian.webs.com - After being 'out of action' in recent weeks due to sciatica problem and not being able to physically sit down in front of the computer for more than a moment or two, I will be updating the store with all new products over this coming weekend... keep checking, it'll all be there for you!
No events this weekend... in fact our next Mind Body and Spirit event is on Sat 7 and Sun 8 November, the Epic Centre, Lincoln Showground...our second visit there this year, looking forward to see you all there... This will be followed by a return visit to Derby University, Keddleston Road, Derby on Sat 14 and Sun 15 November, and the following weekend which is Sat 21 and Sun 22 November will be the last two day show of the year for us all at Barnsley Metrodome (junct 37 M1)... keep watching for more details...
